About Shanda
At ShinexFlow Yoga we strive to create the in studio experience virtually. We create a welcoming beginner to intermediate level classss. We specialize is Vinyasa and Yin Yoga!
I started practicing yoga in 2015 after moving to a city and starting my life over. Yoga helped me navigate through the obstacles that I faced during that time and changed my perspective on how I view my life and those around me. I knew wanted to teach yoga to those find their peace during uncertain times

My approach for my students is to help them reach their goals within their yoga practice. Whether it's a beginner wanting to learn more about yoga or someone who practiced and want to take their practice to the next level.
Beginner Students- have never taken a class but wanted to try it
Those who have taken at least one class but wanted to take private lessons to get comfortable with poses
Intermediate Students- those who have taken classes regularly but wanted to work on a specific area such as flexibility for splits or backbends. Or working on core strength for inversions (headstands/ shoulder stand)
You want a teacher that you can have a connection with that can answer all of your questions in a timely manner. Also, you want an instructor that is goal orientated and will help achieve your goals.
