About Chelsea
I am a certified Yoga Instructor and Reiki Master and have been studying various forms of healing for over 5 years. My specialties involve healing deep seeded trauma in relation to feelings of anxiety, depression, and the impacts of every day stress. I provide simple healing practices and encourage healthy lifestyle patterns to nurture inner truth and deeper connections for the greater good of all beings. My style is simple, gentle, supportive, and focused on what is best for the individual, where they are at in their personal journey, and developing skills to help guide them to achieving the life they truly want.
I love witnessing the stress melt away along with the joy and clarity that comes through for my students and clients. The profound shared experiences that occur in the transformational work is what I live for and am inspired by.
