About Audrey
I have been a practitioner and student of yoga for years. I received my yoga teacher certificate and turned my passion for yoga into teaching and sharing with others.
I also am a nutritionist with a focus on fitness nutrition.
I love what I do and want to share that passion with others. I want to help others create a lasting healthy lifestyle
After receiving my certification, I began teaching at a couple gyms, finding my niche, and began expanding with private students.

I like to begin with a 60 minute yoga flow for new students, tailoring it to their needs and what they are hoping to get out of the practice. After the first class, we can decide what to incorporate and bring into the next classes.
All ages, levels, and health concerns. Yoga is for absolutely everyone.
Each teacher will be different, with different teaching styles and views. Find one that you like, that you feel you can work with, and can see your yoga practice advancing.
