Specializing in dynamic and creative ways to assist my clients with achieving their wellness goals through yoga and meditation.
i feel that my experience working with all body types and ages have given me an understanding as to how to communicate effectively with my clients, understand their needs and offer them tools for their very special and specific circumstances.
I enjoy connecting with my clients and seeing them thrive!

My hospitality background lends itself as I truly enjoy people and have a compassionate heart.
I've been practicing yoga for well over 30 years, I have 2 500 hour Certifucates in two different areas of study/Classical Hatha Training as well as Prana Vinyasa as taught by Shiva Rea. I've studied and taught Trauma Informed Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga and Prenatal.

I typically conduct a new client consultation by phone and then send along a questionnaire and health waiver before we are to meet in person for an evaluation and first session.
The first session is 90 minutes so that I'm able to better assess where the client is in terms of their yoga practice, physical body and wellness.

I do.
my first time package for all students is $250 for 5 sessions. These sessions are to be used within a months time or as a 30 day introduction for Beginners to Yoga. Beginners will receive light homework and practices to do in between sessions.
