About Steven
Steven's Workouts TO-Go specializes in Pilates, Yoga, And Personal training . We're committed to maintaining a safe intimate space thats offers a welcoming environment for clients of all level to achieve their goals. Group classes utilize a variety of props such as exercise balls - - magic circles, foam rollers, therabands, and hand weights to enhance class. No two classes are ever the same and every class is customized for the active participants!
We love helping people achieve their fitness goals and transforming their minds and bodies through my different approach techniques to fitness.
I was introduced to pilates and yoga through my corporate job. I loved the way it made me feel and want to share that experience with others. I was giving freelance PT sessions at the gym and After leaving my job I decided to get certified.

I would look for someone who has the passion and who cares about their clients. I would be leary of someone who is only after the money and doesn't follow up, or give you a proper plan to meet your goals.
All of my students have transformed their minds and their bodies. Fitness has become a major part of their daily activites.
