About Trayci
I am a certified yoga instructor and I have a passion for teaching private yoga instruction to students who are looking to start their journey into yoga or for seasoned students looking to further develop their practice .
I also have extensive experience using yoga to work with injuries including back pain post surgical recovery shoulder issues and overall flexibility .
I love to meet people who are open and curious about improving their lives. Once a student starts on the path, almost always their lives start to change in amazing ways. Yoga is magical that way, teaching you how to utilize tools you already have, to make your life more fulfilling in mind, body, & spirit!

Trayci is an outstanding teacher. I first met her a couple years back as I tried to find something to help with post-surgery back pain. Today, i couldn’t imagine a week where we don’t work together to improve strength and flexibility.
I have disabilities, and she was able to adapt the poses to work around my limitations. Since I started, my balance and strength have greatly improved.
