I have been teaching yoga for 14 years. I have my 500 Hr RYT certificate & have also studied with many well known teachers. I am familiar with many styles of yoga and I teach the more traditional breath centered practice. In addition to yoga I am also a Rolf Practitioner (2012) which is a type of bodywork focusing on the fascia & structural alignment. I also am a massage therapist and do Craniosacral massage as well.

I received my massage therapy license from TMTI in Charlotte in 2007. In 2008 I went to Boulder, Co for 4 months studying Structural Integration at the Guild for Structural Integration(Rolf Method).
