What I love about Stacey is that she gives clear instruction, makes/cues informed adjustments, and brings a calming presence to her class. She really cares about being safe and listening to your body, and you feel great at the end of class!

Stacey is assist with hands on adjustments in a unique way, she is great with those that may experience limited movement or joint problems.
I would recommend anyone to take her class looking for a low impact class.
