I first attended one of Brooke's yoga classes when I was in my mid-50's, knowing just a little about yoga but needing help with flexibility, balance, and back pain. She was very patient with an old man who couldn't bend very well, and taught me a number of things to improve my ability to do my job, learn to calm my mind, and be able to enjoy being more active.

Brooke is so knowledgeable in yoga and Pilates! She expertly balances the importance of breath-work and technique while encouraging people through her amazing flows. Cannot recommend her teaching enough!
