About Pamela
Slow down with a calming therapeutic vinyasa flow tailored to your physical needs or injuries, or speed up for a toning fiery fitness yoga class or have a blend of both! I have been practicing yoga for over ten years and teach private and group classes for all occasions; including parties, a calming class before your wedding, or for any regular day in need of unwinding. I have taught at corporate headquarters, conferences, events, rehabilitation centers, women's centers, to at-risk & autistic children, luxury hotels, apartments, yoga studios and private 1-1 sessions. I also am a certified masseuse and reiki master energy therapist. I'll come to you, or you can come to me.
