About Kelsey

I offer private instruction from the comfort of your home via Skype or Zoom. Individual or small groups sessions are a great way to cater to your needs and goals.

Yoga has brought me so much physical AND mental, flexibility, strength and resilience. I love sharing this practice with others to help them feel empowered, centered and constantly growing.

I was skeptical when first invited to a yoga class 8 years ago. I have been a runner all my life but never incorporated flexibility or strength training into my regimen, so I didn't think I would would be "good" at it.

I was pleasantly mistaken. I learned to listen to my body, to be patient, loving and accepting of my journey. I encourage my clients to let go of what they think they should be able to do and embrace all the beauty and abilities their bodies DO have! Not only with consistency and persistence did I become more physically strong and flexible, so has my attitude and outlook on life. I completely immersed myself in the practice, and a year later obtained my certification to teach and share this amazing practice with others.

I have worked with a wide variety of people and abilities from ages 18 to 100 with classes ranging from Power, Flow, Chair and Restorative style classes.

I have also taught a variety of strength training classes, HITT and one on one personal training.
