About Hong

Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi is good for all age. This holistic yoga helps to open your energy pathways(meridians) thru various method to release stagnant energy caused by your negative thoughts and emotions. Also you will learn how to accumulate and circulate energy in your body thru different breathing postures, increasing power to handle your emotions. Energy meditation will guide you to deep inside so that you can meet your inner peace and power.

I really love to help people to find their true self thru classes, workshops, private healing sessions. Since I met my true self, it has been my happiness, joy, and mission fro 20 years.

I have suffered wiht so many issues such as anxiety, digestion issue, lower back pain, kidney issue, etc. Just within 2 months, my body and mind were healed thru this yoga. I wanted to help people who were suffering like me without knowing why and how. So I decided to become a master.

I took a master's course in Korea, learning energy work, yoga, tai chi(Qi Gong) and various healing methods.

About the lesson

I usually recommend people to take a 1-hour private check-up session first. Through this session, I check their flexibility, balance, mind and body coordination, neck and shoulder condition, internal organ condition, energy blockages. This check-up is really important because they need to know exactly what to improve and what to be careful. Depending on their condition, I recommend the program that they need.

But some people just join the class without a check-up session. It is up to their choice.
