Jaqueline is a gifted yoga therapy instructor and healer. I contacted her after being told I would need back surgery. As a yoga teacher and former tennis player/teacher I knew that a yoga therapy practice would help alleviate pain and possibly put off back surgery. In addition to the exercises she has given me, we have done several sessions of energy healing and I have felt great release. I highly recommend Jaqueline for yoga therapy and energy work.

In working with Spirited Practice, I have focused mainly on yoga and meditation. I had the good fortune and privilege, really, to work with it’s owner, Jacqueline Morasco while completing a 500-hr yoga teacher training. Jacqueline mentored me throughout a traditional one-on-one training in which I learned many of the subtleties of classical/raja yoga as taught by T. Krishnamacharya and T.K.V. Desikachar. Jacqueline is a gifted and grounded teacher, which helped so much in making the teachings accessible to me. I continue to work with Jacqueline through her yoga classes, vedic chanting lessons, and self-care practices, all of which have made a positive impact as I incorporate them into my lifestyle.

Jacqueline provides a very safe and supportive environment with all of her work. I have experienced her Yoga Workshops as well as her private energy work. I walk away from my time with her feeling calm and focused and always knowing my next steps.
