About Leslie
Be You Yoga focuses on nurturing the awake, wholesome core of each individual person. With a strong emphasis on non-aggression, we teach yoga as it was intended- as a practice for body, mind, and spirit.
My passion is toward creating spaces in which people can contact all aspects of their being, seeing their own wisdom shine forth. I like to modify the practice for individual needs, and encourage students to listen to their bodies. I also lead a slow practice, with a deep focus on breath and awareness.
I am a certified Yoga teacher with over 1000 hours of teaching experience. I'm also certified to teach children's yoga. And I have a Meditation teaching credential.

The process for working with a new student involves a phone call first, to find out what is needed and ask a few questions. Then we'll set up a time for the first lesson.
