About Brigid
Hello! My name is Brigid. I am a power yoga and vinyasa instructor based in Brooklyn. I love working with students that are open to exploring new opportunities of movement in their physical and mental bodies. I like to draw in anatomy in my dialogue. Would love to work with you!
I love teaching and inspiring. I work full time in advertising and yoga is a way for me to escape my day and be one with myself, drown out all distractions.
