About Meg
Through a unique blend of her trainings ranging from Baron Baptiste's Power Yoga, Anneke Lucas' Liberation Prison Yoga, Nikki Meyers Y12, and more Meg is able to create space for her clients to be peaceful and powerful - even in the most chaotic cities in the world. Bringing her services to at risk youth, POC in and out of prisons, to folks struggling to recovery from addiction and other disorders, had brought Meg the greatest sense of purpose and peace in her own struggles. To be of service is truly the only aim of any yoga teacher and with that Meg offers her classes in both yoga and/or meditation by donation. You pay what you can and keep lessons that can save a life.
I enjoy watching my student develop a deeper sense of understand and compassion for themselves and others who suffer in this world. In troubled times we can chose to be apart of a problem or apart of a solution. My students and I chose to be apart of a solution, raising the conscious vibration within ourselves and thus in our communities. We are a stand for each other, and together we may heal the world. One boro at a time!
