I love Jamey's mommy and me yoga classes. She does a great job in giving mommies a workout while keeping the little ones engaged. She has great energy and is very good at gauging the vibe of class and adjusting accordingly. Every week the class is different, focusing on different areas of the body. Her classes also offer a comfortable atmosphere to meet and talk to other moms before and after class. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to start or continue their yoga class, you won't be disappointed.

Jamey is awesome! She has the ability to connect with every one in the class making you feel comfortable. She is always making sure we are safe in our poses and we execute them properly. Her flexibility within the class to adjust to moms at all different levels is incredible. I love her!
