About Amy
YFwA::FF offers Christ centered and secular yoga classes including Vinyasa, Slow Flow, meditation and Nidra, Restorative, Adaptive for all bodies (Pre-Post Natal, large bodies, limb deficiency, injury and surgery recovery), power yoga for private individuals and groups including corporate, home school & public school communities, churches, clinical settings.
My focus is teaching with a trauma informed perspective. I work in the public schools and a private counseling setting with children and adults. Think of healing from the neck down. I also teach an outdoor summer bootcamp series in the greater Mohican area.
I hold a 200 hour Teacher Training with additional specialty training in Restorative, Meditation & Nidra, trauma Sensitive & Adaptive. I am the lead trainer for YogaFaith Adaptive curriculum. I am a Founding Member and Master Trainer with the Christian Yoga Association.
