I’m a high school Head Golf Coach. More and more PGA Tour players are hitting the mat for yoga, so we decided to see what it was all about to have some fun and learn. As a high school coach it’s also important that I bring people into the school that I can trust to be around the kids. Christine has been excellent in working with the kids (ages 15-18), revealing through yoga their strengths and limitations in flexibility, mobility and balance, but also meeting the kids on their level and having discussion about how yoga applies to their day to day life and the unique struggles that come along with being a young teen. I can tell Christine is passionate about yoga and is confident in her abilities, and she cares about others experiences with yoga.
