About Julie

Hello There! Jewels here, the Khaleesi of movement and mother of a cute Shih-Tzu! I'd love to work with you via movement and breathe to reach you personal goals... Let's flow together and celebrate all victories no matter how small the seem to be! NAMASTE!

Helping clients reconnect with their body is my absolute passion. I love the pleasure it brings to everyday people in their everyday life. In fact, I obtain my training in both yoga and Pilates to help my grandparents stretch in their elder years. I have a great ability to connect with people, I like to say it is my super power. I say this because it is a major factor to my success in my career and in life!

I began instructing in NYC, after receiving my TT at Sonic Yoga. I lead community donation classes for year, during this time I really prefected my art.

Bachelor of Art in Psychology from ASU West

About the lesson

Step 1: Introduction via phone conservation to discuss injuries, areas of interest, etc.

Step 2: Meeting will be held in person, we will go over everything discussed over the phone, and transition into movement and/or breathe work.

Step 3: Create plan of action including: frequency of meeting and scheduling future sessions.

I have worked with student from all works of life: young, old, super flexible to no flexibility.

Make sure you feel comfortable enough to ask as many questions as needed! No question is a dumb one, however it is silly not ask!

I spent December in the NYC and it was a wonderful time to be there and experience the city with holiday decorations and festive window displays! Not to mention, a priceless chance to visit with my brother and nephews.
