About Tracey
I teach a guided dynamic vinyasa yoga practice with attention to the mind body connection. My class is accessible to all levels and many modifications are available for every pose. Special attention on mindful breath work and meditation to become present is a cornerstone of every class.
I love to share the practices of yoga, meditation and sometimes Reiki with people of every age to help them find their best selves.
