About Aury
I enjoy working one on one, or small groups, because I feel Incan provide a more individualized practice made specifically for the needs or the particular client.
I enjoy being able to share the knowledge I have learned myself and learn from other people as well. I believe we are cosnatantly learning thorough every experience, if we are willing to.
I have enjoyed being active since I was a teenager, I have always found physical activity to have helped my in many ways emotionally, physically and mentally. Finally got to fulfill my dream about being certified, and by the time I was done, I just learned I wanted to learn more, because you never stop learning, specially when it comes to the human body. I just thought all this information is so amazing it needs to be shared with all who wants to take care of themselves. In this journey I found Yoga, which for me synthesis wellness in a practice.
I became an Exersice specialist in 2014, completing a certidfication from Southwestern college. I completed my Yoga certification with a yoga Alliance in 2017.

I have worked mostly with beginner, spanish speakers, and children. Also, besides of working in group settings with children my other students have been one on one, mostly rather than big groups.
I would recommend that you look for someone knowledgeable and someone you feel comfortable with. The person who is going to guide your practices needs to have the knowledge to safely take you through each movement, giving you modifications that are specific to your needs. Someone able to provide a safe environment.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
First and foremost your health. Being cleared about any health concerns. Being safe before starting any type of practice is of great importance. In order to receive all the benefits of Yoga, the practitioner need to be clear about any or all health concerns. The instructor will be more efficient when planing a program that will provide the best results for the student.
