I am one of the few certified Kemetic Yoga instructors in the Bay Area.I traveled to Egypt (known as Kemet in ancient times) to study Kemetic Yoga and Meditation. While touring the temples and tombs of Cairo and Luxor, and sailing down the Nile for 3 days, I trained in the YogaSkills Method of yoga and breathwork under Master Instructor Yirser Ra Hotep.
It’s all about the breath. I like to give my students time to breathe into poses and I encourage them to notice how their bodies feel in the moment
