About Jenny Joy
With over 15 years of wellness expertise, we offer individualized one-on-one sessions for wellness of the whole body, mind and spirit. Our goal is for you to thrive. Starting with the breath we calm the mind and help you to move more freely in your body. Through a customized fitness or wellness program we listen to what your needs are and help you achieve your goals and intentions.
I offer services that allow people to live their lives more fully with passion, purpose, and feel better in their body.
