About Laura
I’m a doctor of physical therapy that is also a certified yoga instructor. I have a passion for teaching yoga. I’ve been teaching for 8 years and I love teaching so much I teach on the side after work and on weekends. I used to teach at various yoga studios around town and I currently still teach for Golds gym.
I love combining my passion for yoga with my background in physical therapy to help enhance mobility, stability, strength, flexibility, posture and relaxation through the breath. Yoga is a way of life; one you start practicing the way you see yourself, the way you live, the way you move, the way you think, will forever be changed. I would love to help you start your yoga journey and reach your wellness goals!
