About Stephani
Connecting students to the true heart of yoga, a discipline of keen awareness, deep love and unconditional compassion for ourselves and others. Learn to use the breath and body to shift the mind into a state of peace, calm and contentment.
Stephani has been practicing yoga since 2012 when she began a journey losing over 100 lbs. She achieved her 200 hr Yoga Teacher certification through SWIHA in 2015 and is registered with Yoga Alliance. She is passionate about the message of yoga and it's profound ability to empower us to make all of our dreams a reality. Her specialty is holding space for her students with gentleness and grace. In Sanskrit, "Ani Karunya" is roughly translated as "Bringing Kindness" and it is Stephani's greatest desire to bring a message of kindness to a world which so desperately needs it.
