Vita Pura Yoga is Sedona's top source for Holistic Private Yoga and Red Rock Yoga Hikes. Every day, we facilitate spiritual growth and physical healing as a remedy to the stress of modern life.

Private Yoga with Amber is an extensive, rare yogic experience. You receive an in depth yoga/body analysis and completely custom session suited to your needs and ability. On top of a powerful practice, private yoga also provides a convenient way for travelers to set up a yoga class in the privacy of their Airbnb or Resort.

Red Rock Yoga Hikes with Lance are an incredible way to explore your spirituality in one the worlds most beautiful places. Here is the place to find peace of mind, reconnection with nature and your Ah-Ha moment. Hikes are available for groups of all sizes in a variety of locations, typically conducted near Sunrise or Sunset. The average hike lasts 2.5 - 3 hours with the hiking and yoga split 50/50.

What I most love about teaching yoga therapy are the results. When we guide people through an inward journey, they begin on a certain vibration, moving through all of the channels both fine and grand, and ultimately they come out the other end more in touch with their true nature. After a session I see my students faces soften, their eyes are bright, and their bodies gracefully relaxed. They are often positively beaming with the joy of feeling in touch with themselves. My favorite part about teaching is witnessing people tap in to this true nature and realize just how infinitaly wonderful they are.
