About Erica
I teach a very alignment based and creative flow vinyasa yoga class. The sequencing is innovative and fresh, so it's a class that leaves student feeling inspired and revived.
My classes focus on the breath, and detailed alignment of a pose.
I was certified before yoga became a fad, and there was much integrity in the certification program. I graduated from Laughing Lotus Yoga School in NYC.

We talk about what parts of the body are tight, or if they experience pain in any areas. We also discuss how the yoga practice is a gradual one, and a lovely journey where you see your progress on the way.
