About Stephanie

As an Integrative Health Coach & Yoga Instructor I take an individualized approach to my cleint's overall wellness. I coach clients to discover and address the emotional and social triggers that lead to unhealthy choices. During my program I empower and educate clients to take control of their health by crowding out the foods and behaviors that are keeping them from reaching their goals. I offer food based and product based dietary programs as well as customized yoga offerings to manage stress, tone muscles and build flexibility and strength.Together we create a lifestyle that is free from depravation and diets, a body that looks and feels great and a mindset of self love and self care.

I absolutely love seeing clients transform physically and mentally. Things that once seemed impossible become possible with support and tools. Wathcing people hold up their pants that they have grown out of or get into a yoga pose for the first time lights me up. Over the last 5 years I have coached hundres to success and it never gets old.

Graduated from the Institute from Integrative Nutriton in 2013 Board Certified by the American Association of Drugless Practicioners
