About Tianna
Many people believe that they aren’t flexible enough, not strong enough, or thin enough to do yoga. This isn’t true! Yoga is a transformative practice about much more than physical postures and should be accessable to everyone of all abilities and appearances. Soul Free Yoga is great for beginners wanting to learn proper alignment to get the most out of their practice and grow in a safe and sustainable way. My name is Tianna and I’m a 200-hour registered yoga teacher and certified wellness practitioner. I’ve been practicing yoga and studying wellness for almost a decade.
