About Germán
I did a trip to India for about 6 months where I was able to learn in a deeper level and go further in my spiritual practice giving me the experiences and the tools to teach to more people. I had been practicing Hatha yoga and other physical systems as qigong for the past 3 years on a daily basis. Practicing yoga is the communion between the soul, mind, body, and spirit towards the divine. I like being a channel to spread spiritual disciplines and bring an upliftment in people's lives and society.
The way I give to people is the way it gives back to me. Work without expectations and always be ready to serve with my skills and talents to more people. Spreading spiritual teachings is something I not just enjoy, but is a way I can give back to the world and of course to put myself in service to the divine and to everyone who comes under my path.
I started with friends and family who wanted to know more about spiritual teachings, as i was begining in touch with this world i was able to start teaching them and then start opening myself for sharing my experiences and teachings with more and more people.
- I went to India for 6 months where i was able to learn and go further in my spiritual practice, stayed in several ashrams and meditation centers.
- I had been practicing Hathayoga for 3 years on a constant basis as a complement to my spiritual practice.

If you are a beginner student, an intermediate or an expert as long as you're open to learn and be willing to maintain your practice I'll be more than glad to teach you. The relationship between the student and the professor is not just about knowledge, is about the mutual connection between each other.
Depending on the level of expertise of the student, if they are already practicing yoga or some physical exercise or if they have no experience at all. I used to adapt to the current level of expertise of the student and start to work on it.
All kind of students. Kids, Teenagers, middle-aged, and Seniors.
