About Kiara
Hello! My name is Kiara - Founder of Moonchild Healing Collective. I am a 500-hour certified yoga instructor, reiki healer, intuitive life coach, and assisted stretch therapist. My yoga journey began over 10 years ago practicing with my mother. I knew that yoga would inevitably continue to enrich my life in a deeper way.
In 2016, after a small break from corporate work I decided to give yoga teacher training a try. I've been guiding yoga since 2016 after completing my 200 hour yoga teacher training at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts.
Since then, I've done several trainings including - Level I/II Reiki, Intuitive Life Coaching, Assisted Stretch therapy, and an additional yoga training that promotes inclusivity specifically for POC.
During our time together I like to incorporate several tools that I've learned over the years including: Sound healing, Aromatherapy, Crystals, Intuitive guidance, Oracle cards, etc. to help bring you closer to your natural state of connection to source.

I am a 200-hour certified Hatha yoga instructor. I obtained my yoga certification at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in 2016 and have been actively teaching yoga consistently both in the Phoenix area and in NYC for the past three years. I have taught both gentle Hatha yoga classes along with power vinyasa classes and everything in between! I love to offer variety and find what suits the students needs.

Typically, I like to learn more about the students needs: physically, emotional, mentally or spiritually. From there I will send a brief assessment that helps to answer some of those questions or we can simply chat in person upon meeting.
I have worked with a variety of students from disabled, to injured, along with students that speak very limited English. I’m open to anyone and love to see how yoga is used as a transformative tool.

Her soft and guiding voice that makes the sessions flow. Also, her music selection is awesome.
She is such a beautiful soul, very wise and knows how to teach and lead a yoga class very well. She is a great instructor, friendly and easy to follow when she is teaching.
She has a great flow. I felt rejuvenated after taking her class. She asked if anyone had anything they wanted to work on and she incorporated those things with fluidity. When she placed her hands on me to lengthen my stretch I felt more relaxed. She has a great energy to her and her playlists are always amazing.
