What's unique about my classes? I come to you! Yoga instruction can be arranged in your office, club, school, or wherever you need a dose of rejuvenation. Whether it is an individual lesson, one with friends or a child's birthday party, classes are designed to meet your yoga needs. You provide the space, leave the rest up to me.
My focus for adults is to introduce or deepen your yoga practice through Vinyasa yoga, a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. For children, my number one focus is for them to have fun! Along with yoga games and activities, children will learn mindfulness, breathing practices, relaxation, poses, and stress management techniques.

My focus is on my student, their experience and interest in yoga. We will have a discussion prior to the first class to determine the client’s level of experience. I always provide a practice designed around their abilities, proving modifications as necessary. I provide direction on the use of props and how they can aid and improve their experience. I ask for feedback on my instruction and what I can do better or different to meet their needs.
