About Kristine
My goal is to help my client achieve happiness by using various modalities and unique approaches. I am a certified life coach, yoga instructor, and consultant for a wellness company. Aside from my coaching business, I also own a studio in Arvada that offers kickboxing, bells, yoga plus more to come! I am excited to grow and thrive in an incredible community, with you!
