About Patrizia

Music has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Studying at the Royal College of Music and the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna shaped me not only as a musician but as a passionate educator. I believe that playing an instrument is one of the most rewarding and enriching experiences, and I love sharing that joy with my students. Teaching allows me to inspire and guide others on their musical journey—whether they are beginners discovering their first notes or advanced students refining their artistry. I find great fulfilment in helping students grow in confidence, master technical challenges, and express themselves through music. Seeing their progress, whether preparing for an exam, an audition, or simply playing for enjoyment, is what motivates me every day.

About the lesson

With nearly 10 years of teaching experience, I work with students of all ages and levels—from young beginners to Diploma-level musicians. I have taught in primary and secondary schools, preparing students for ABRSM exams, GCSEs, A-levels (including a recent 100% result), youth orchestra auditions, and scholarships. My teaching blends strong technique, expressive musicality, and fun. I believe playing an instrument is one of life’s greatest joys, and I aim to inspire that passion while tailoring lessons to suit each student’s individual goals and learning style. I teach in English and German and can provide basic guidance in Mandarin. Whether you’re preparing for exams or simply learning for personal enrichment, my goal is to make each lesson both engaging and rewarding.
