About Lora

My name is Lora Ryan and I am an independent Singer/Songwriter, Pop/Electronic Recording Artist, Vocal/Performance coach and Founder of the songwriter showcase, Women in Music TO.

I am an experienced vocal and performance coach working with hundreds of singers from all levels and backgrounds, from stage to recording studio.

Currently, I’m keeping busy writing new material, recording gearing up for new releases and working on my pop/electronic live show.

When I’m not working on music, you can find me going to see as much live music as possible, cuddled up to my fur babies (2 small pups and 2 kitties), cooking or baking up a storm, or planning my next event or party.

About the lesson

The voice is a complex instrument and as such, I offer tailored lessons based on each students (ages 8+) individual needs to reach their full potential.

A typical lesson will start off with vocal warm ups/exercises and all will be put to practical use in a song of choice.

Lessons will cover:
* Body awareness
* Proper breathing techniques
* Ear training and pitch
* Diction, pronunciation, tone and projection
* Healthy vocal practices to expand and increase range

Through our time together, you can expect to eliminate strain and tension, reach high notes more easily, increase your vocal stamina and sing with more power and confidence.

Whether you’re an experienced or emerging artist,
I strive to create a fun, engaging and safe environment where each student is encouraged to go out of their comfort zone and try something new!
