I focus on simple, clear, and repeatable fundamentals that help players improve quickly and build long‑term confidence. My coaching combines:
- Technical breakdowns of each skill (footwork, timing, positioning, arm swing, blocking form, serve mechanics)
- Demonstration + guided practice, so players see the movement and then try it with feedback
- Game‑like drills that connect technique to real situations
- Positive, disciplined coaching shaped by my experience as a Division I athlete
- Communication-focused instruction, making every correction easy to understand and apply
My goal is to make every session structured, motivating, and tailored to the athlete’s needs
