About Joshua

I am a graduate of physical science, majored in chemistry and can take the following courses well; Chemistry, physics and Mathematics.

I am a patient and results-driven Mathematics tutor with experience teaching students at middle school, high school levels and even colleges/universities. I focus on helping students understand concepts clearly rather than memorizing formulas.

I work with students who struggle with confidence, foundational gaps, or exam pressure, and I help them build strong problem-solving skills through structured and supportive lessons.

My approach is calm, clear, and tailored to each student’s learning pace.

About the lesson

The first lesson will be an assessment lesson to assess your current level, identify problem areas, and create a clear improvement plan. Don't worry, I am not here to grade you but rather to know how i can help you

I will help with homework and build a detailed strategy and class routine that favor you and wont hinder your extracurriculars.

For Grade 9, preparing for PAT, we will solve questions, see tricks to quickly solve questions and help you understand those questions when you see them.

I make you learn and understand Mathematics easily, including but not limited to Geometry, Algebra, Calculus, Trigonomentry, word problems, Binary, Equations, statistics

I break down difficult topics into simple, step-by-step explanations that actually make sense.
My students improve their grades, confidence, and problem-solving skills.

I teach Mathematics across multiple levels, covering topics such as algebra, functions, trigonometry, and introductory calculus. Lessons are tailored to each student’s learning pace and learning style, with a strong focus on understanding concepts rather than memorizing formulas.

Each lesson includes guided practice, worked examples, and exam-style questions to ensure steady and measurable progress. I am patient, supportive, and focused on helping students overcome math anxiety.
