About Gurleen
I have been practicing yoga for 3 years now. I am pursuing diploma in Naturopathy and Yoga Therapy (3rd Year) and have been locally giving sessions in groups and for individuals. I follow traditional form of yoga with components of modern yoga techniques. I focus on individual diets and habits for better impact.
