About Namrata
Hi, I’m Namrata — a certified meditation instructor who discovered mindfulness during a period of burnout. I had spent years constantly working, until I realized the importance of slowing down and creating space to breathe. Meditation, gratitude and journaling became a daily part of my life among other healthy habits, helping me find clarity and balance. Over the years, I’ve explored many tools for inner calm, and now I’m passionate about sharing what’s worked for me. I believe in taking small, intentional steps toward a more mindful and present life, and I bring that same mindset to everything I do.

I'm a certified meditation instructor offering a 4-day beginner-friendly course designed to help you slow down, feel more present, and build a simple self-care routine. The sessions include guided meditations, gratitude practices, and journaling. My teaching style is clear, non-judgmental and supportive, making it easy for beginners who are curious about meditation but don’t know where to start. Over 4 sessions, you’ll learn how to calm your mind, connect with your body, shift emotions with gratitude, and reflect through journaling. These sessions are great for women who want to create space for mindfulness and develop habits that support a more balanced, intentional life.
