About Hing Tong
I’m a veterinary medicine student at the University of Edinburgh with a strong academic background in biology and a passion for education. Having achieved top grades at both GCSE and A level, I understand the demands of the curriculum and what it takes to succeed. My experience in tutoring has taught me how to break down complex topics, adapt to different learning styles, and build students’ confidence over time. I take a tutorial-based approach to tutoring, focused on active engagement and two-way dialogue rather than passive learning.
