About Fadi

I'm Fadi, a final-year Doctor of Medicine student at Western Sydney University, and I have spent four years coaching applicants through undergraduate medical interviews. I went through the same process myself, so I know how it feels on the day as well as what the panel is listening for.

Alongside my studies I work as a research assistant in cancer outcomes research at the Ingham Institute. That work keeps me close to the health-system and equity questions that interviewers increasingly like to ask.

My feedback is honest and specific. I would rather tell you now that an answer isn't working than have you find out in the interview room. I hold a current NSW Working With Children Check.

About the lesson

Every session is built around the interview you will actually sit. UNSW, the Joint Medical Program, Western Sydney, Adelaide, Curtin and Monash each assess applicants differently, so we begin by identifying your schools and their formats and then prepare for them station by station.

A typical lesson opens with a short diagnostic. We then run timed practice stations under realistic conditions, followed by detailed feedback on your content, structure and delivery. You leave each session with written notes on what to keep, what to cut and what to practise before we next meet.

We cover motivation for medicine, ethical scenarios, communication and empathy stations, teamwork and role-play tasks, health-system and current-issue questions, and school-specific panel questions. I do not hand out scripted answers, because interviewers recognise rehearsed lines at once. The aim is for you to think clearly under pressure and answer as yourself.

For most applicants I recommend a five-lesson pack that ends with a full mock interview. Lessons run online by video, or in person across south-west Sydney. Parents are welcome to sit in on the first session.

Intensive program: Three consecutive days. That is 9 contact hours and 18+ stations, a full mock with a written report, and a follow-up session before your interview.

All lessons are online by video call, on weekday evenings and weekends, anywhere in Australia. If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, we reschedule at no charge. With less notice, 30% of the session price is charged and the rest is credited to a new time.
