About Ryan
I take tutoring very seriously and desire to see students understand mathematic concepts and excel. I understand learning can be daunting and so I approach teaching from a place of fun and enthusiasm for learning. I'm committed to seeing that each student receives the best tutoring available and a rewarding experience that leads to excellent understanding of mathematics.

- I teach mainly from a repetition method where students are to repeat formulas and concepts until they grasp the content. I also approach lessons from a deductive viewpoint, where the student should first understand the most basic concept, which they can from there build upon to understand the whole concept.
- A typical lesson plan would be to start at the basics (state objectives, ie. surface area of octagon, previous lessons learned), then move into how to achieve intended goals, then executing goals (how to use formulas, equations, etc.).
- I think what sets me apart is I deeply care for students' learning and enjoy seeing students excel. I also enjoy math and got my undergraduate in finance. My teaching approach is a deductive one where the simpler the teaching is, the more effective it is.
- The lessons are for middle school and early high school math (pre-algebra, algebra, geometry).
