About Samuel
I'm passionate about teaching mainly because I enjoy knowledge sharing. I'm a believer in "What you share, you get even more understanding on".
Also, several concepts, knowledge I learnt the hard way — after vigorous self-learning, self-teaching and diverse research. I believe no student has to go down such route. That is why after all, we have teachers.
I have conceived ways of teaching complex topics in such a way any 5 year old can comprehend.

I first ask students about their general understanding of the subject in question.
I then proceed to giving them something random to work on based on the subject. This allows me get a general understanding of their strengths and weaknesses. This way, I know why to focus my tutoring.
I always encourage students to ask questions and make them understand it is okay to stop me mid way tutoring and ask questions. I won't get annoyed. On top this, I ask questions as I tutor ensuring the student understands what I teach. And if sure student doesn't, I break the concepts down further and explain better.
I thread nicely until the point they eventually understand. They always do understand trust me.
Finally, at the end of every tutoring session, I give room for even more questions. Some students might seem reluctant and shy to ask questions, so I throw questions at them. If they don't understand, you guessed it:), I re-explain the topics.
P.S: I don't get annoyed at students questions.
