About Nikou

I am an experienced Spanish tutor. I have a First Class Honours degree in French and Spanish from UCL. I am familiar with the British school and university system. I successfully sat the 16+ Spanish exam and interview to get into North London Collegiate school. At school I did the Cambridge Pre-U, achieving a D1 in Spanish. I received places at four Russell Group universities to study Modern Languages due to my exemplary university admission essays and personal statement. I have successfully passed the Oxbridge MLAT exam and have achieved top marks in UCL Spanish modules. All this first-hand experience gives me an extra advantage as I can fully understand my students and I know exactly how to be successful in these endeavours. Moreover, I have lived in Madrid and can also tutor students who want fluency in Spanish alongside an understanding of Spanish culture and life.

About the lesson

Before creating a tailored plan for each individual, I ask you to fill out a form detailing what you want to get out of our sessions (fluency in the language, just passing a GCSE, unpicking the literature...). Then, depending on the time frame available I cater to your needs by breaking the content into four manageable chunks per session.
