About Farrah

Hi, I’m Farrah! I’m a First-Class Law graduate with an LPC LLM and several years of professional legal experience.

I’ve always loved law. I really enjoyed studying it at university and I love practising it today.

This is a big part of why I want to help law students develop the same confidence and enjoyment.

I know how overwhelming studying law can be, especially when you understand the content but aren’t sure how to approach an essay, assignment or exam question. During my degrees, I became good at breaking questions down, identifying what they were really asking and working out how to structure a strong answer.

I want my lessons to make legal concepts feel less overwhelming, easier to apply and, most importantly, enjoyable.

About the lesson

My approach

Clear, structured teaching: I break difficult legal concepts into simple, manageable steps and focus on understanding rather than memorisation.

Practical application: I work with you through examples, problem questions and scenarios so you learn how to apply the law, not just recall it.

Tailored lessons: Our lessons will be tailored to you. Whether that’s a particular topic, essay writing, problem questions, legal research or exam preparation.

Essay & assignment planning: I help you break down the question, identify what it is really asking, develop a clear argument and create a structured plan before you start writing

Active learning: I’ll ask you to explain concepts in your own words and work through questions with you, so we can identify gaps and build your confidence.

Legal drafting & problem questions: I can help you develop clear legal analysis, structure answers effectively and apply the law to the facts.

Legal research & OSCOLA: I can help you find and use appropriate legal authorities and improve your OSCOLA referencing

* 60-minute lessons: Lessons will typically be one hour, with longer sessions available when appropriate.

About me

I hold a First-Class LLB (Hons) in Law and an LPC LLM, alongside several years of professional legal experience in civil and commercial litigation.

My particular strengths are Tort, Civil Litigation & Procedure, Legal Research, Legal Drafting, Essay Planning and OSCOLA referencing.

My goal is simple: for you to leave each lesson understanding the law better and feeling more confident about applying it independently.
