About Cameron

I am a recent Oxford Law graduate, where I received first class honours. I will now be going into a graduate job with a magic circle law firm in London. In the mean time, for the last four years I have tutored over 45 students to follow my path into Law at top UK universities including Oxford, Cambridge, LSE, UCL, Kings, Durham, etc.

About the lesson

**Now taking requests for Oxbridge interviews for November/December 2023.**

I provide a comprehensive service from the moment the student decides that they would like to study law at a top UK university, all the way through to receiving offers.

This includes:
- PERSONAL STATEMENT - will assist with profile building, including recommending which books and materials would best suit the student's interests, and formulating paragraphs for the statement itself. The best statements follow certain themes, and we will discuss these in class to help the student develop an organic interest across legal fields.

- UCAS CHOICES - will recommend which Universities and Colleges best suit the student's requirements.

- LNAT PREPARATIONS - with extensive experience and a track record of students attaining top 1% scores (36/42 where national average is 19/42), I will ensure that the student is well ahead of other applicants in their LNAT score. I have developed my own skills-based system, which we will apply in classes to make sure students get the right answers for the right reasons.

- INTERVIEW PREPARATIONS - will provide several mock interviews to ensure that the student is fully prepared for the rigorous interview process.

My approach is flexible, and once I take on a student, we can meet to discuss any aspect, at any time. It is my firm belief that the most successful applications are those where the student is guided to follow instinctive areas of interest, and so many of my sessions follow a tutorial style, where we will discuss what the student has been working on to develop their ideas and thought processes. Many of my students comment on how this prepares them well for university education, ensuring that not only will their application stand out, but also their transition to university teaching will be smooth.

Last year, applying this package, two of my students received offers at Keble College and Corpus Christi College, Oxford, and the year before that I also had successful student applications to St Peter's College, Oxford and Trinity College, Cambridge. Many more attained interviews at Oxbridge with my assistance in the written application stages. I have also had over twenty students make successful LSE, UCL or KCL applications.

SUCCESSES:
- 2022: two successful Oxford applications, including two LNAT scores at 36/42 (only nine applicants out of over 2000 attained this score); 6 interview invitations; 15+ admitted to LSE, UCL, Kings or Durham.
- 2021: one Oxford, one Cambridge offer; 7 interview invitations; 10+ admitted to LSE, UCL, Kings, Durham.
- 2020: one Oxford offer; 4 interview invitations.
