About Sara
I have been studying nutrition from a recovery eating disorder standpoint & have experience mentoring students who currently struggle with discernment about nutrition, body perception, & suitable exercise habits. In recent years physical health has become synonymous with diet culture which includes strict & unsustainable eating practices, such methods only propagate feelings of inadequacies about one’s physical appearance, insecurities about maintaining such disciplines & limitedness of one's preferences of lifestyle. My course is all about making well-informed decisions on health & fitness tailored to your needs rather than conventional wisdom.
