All programs are customized according to individual goals, focusing on proper form, motivation, and sustainable habits. When followed consistently, these programs are designed to guarantee real results and ensure a safe, effective, and enjoyable fitness journey.

• First 1-hour session: Free for new clients
• 1-hour session: AED 100 per session
• 5-session package: AED 475 (save AED 25) – contact me to book

All sessions are conducted online via Zoom or WhatsApp Video, scheduled according to UAE time (GMT+4).
