About Tian
I am a friendly and patient tutor who loves helping students discover the logic and beauty behind Science and Maths. With several years of experience teaching GCSE and A-Level including chemistry contests, I focus on making difficult topics simple and enjoyable. Seeing my students gain confidence and achieve success is what motivates me most.

My lessons are interactive and student-centred. I focus on explaining complex ideas in simple ways, encouraging students to think critically and independently. I teach Science and Maths at IB, GCSE and A-Level, also Chemistry contests and undergraduate courses. Usually in 1-2 hour sessions, and adapt my approach to each learner’s goals and pace.
